Flaming Number One Special - crab salad with avocado wrapped in Hiramasa kingfish and flamed on the teppan with our secret sauce
Calamari Fritto - pineapple calamari, lightly fried with roasted shallot mayonaise
Sweet Ebi Nigiri - sweet prawns on rice topped with saffron aoili
Prawn Tempura Roll - crab salad, cucumber, roe, aoili and shallots with a soy glaze
Seafood Poke - Hawaiian style sashimi cubes marinated in poke sauce
Wagyu Tenderloin Tataki - served rare with garlic, ginger and ponzu sauce
