We strongly encourage bookings to be made by 1 December 2015. Bookings after this date cannot be guaranteed. If there are no available bookings after 1 December 2015, simply contact our Customer Support Team before 15 December 2015 and you will be entitled to a full credit back to your account
Bookings are essential and subject to availability, it is recommended to book early to avoid disappointment and to secure your 30 minute pre-climb induction session
All climbers must complete a 30 minute pre-climb induction. Max of 10 people per induction every 30 minutes (for safety reasons)
Not valid public holidays
Voucher must be used in one visit
Members can use nine vouchers for themselves and ten vouchers as gifts for different recipients
A maximum of ten vouchers may be used per booking or group
Not valid for functions
Climbing shoes, chalk and harness are included in the voucher
Important: All participants must sign a waiver form upon their first entry. If a participant is under 18 years of age, parent or guardian must sign the waiver on their behalf. If you are bringing someone else's child you must present a completed waiver form with a parent or guardian signature. You can download the form here
Climbers must be aged 5 years or over
Zero blood alcohol and drug levels required for all participants
Please advise Cliffhanger Climbing Gym of any medical conditions when you complete the booking process
If you have any existing medical issues, it is recommended that you consult your doctor before purchasing the deal
