On this retreat, you'll start the day with yoga, before having a healthy breakfast with your fellow yogis. The day will bring plenty of time to take a gentle stroll throughout the grounds, try something more challenging with a bush walk, or join in with an array of guided activities. Of an evening, there's restorative yoga, group dinner and optional guided meditation, before you turn in for the night. Your cabin is the ideal sanctuary with its comfortable lounge room complete with plush lounges and wood fire, spacious bedroom and bathroom, and sizeable deck.
